Subject: Windpower 2012 Registration and Coalition Meeting, June 3-6, Atlanta, Georgia

As we mentioned during our last conference call, we will host a small, informal dinner meeting on Monday night, June 4 for governors’ representatives and state officials attending AWEA’s Windpower 2012 meeting in Atlanta. We’ll provide details for the dinner meeting next week, which we’ll schedule early enough so you have time to attend the reception Monday night.

In order for AWEA to waive your registration fees for the conference, I’ll need to submit your name and email address to AWEA. AWEA will then send you the registration materials. Please let me known as soon as possible, but no later than Friday, May 18, if you plan to attend.

For those of you newly assigned as your governor’s representative to the coalition, the AWEA conference is a great forum to get up to speed quickly on policy issues and to appreciate the magnitude and potential of the nation’s wind industry.
