Attached is the final draft of the Coalition’s production and investment tax credit letter. Thanks to Sam, Doug and their colleagues for their help with the letter. Please share your comments with us by Tuesday, May 19.

There is no legislative vehicle yet identified for moving the tax extenders this Congressional session. We thought it prudent to have a current statement of the governors’ support for the tax extenders available in the event that any legislative opportunities should open up to advance the bills.

And a just reminder that our next monthly conference call is Thursday, May 28 10 CT, 11 ET, 9 PT. Jeff Deyette from the Union of Concerned Scientists will be on the call to talk about the status of state RPS/RESs.
