Attached are the Coalition’s comments on 111(d). They are mercifully brief. The deadline for filing is Monday, December 1. I will sign the comment letter.

We limited our comments to aspects of the proposed rule that could support states’ continued actions to expand the use of wind energy and to accelerate access to new wind energy resources. We did not take a position on the merits or legality of the proposed rule and did not comment on any aspect of the proposed rule if there appeared to be state disagreement.
Please send us your comments, if any, no later than 1:00 CT on Monday, December 1.
