A judge in the U.S. Court of International Trade on Monday rejected requests for a stay of U.S. solar tariffs pending an appeal. Silfab Solar, Heliene, Canadian Solar (USA) and Canadian Solar Solutions had been hoping the court would block the 30 percent tariff the Trump administration imposed on imported solar panel and solar cells last month. The court had rejected their motions for a temporary restraining order and preliminary injunction earlier in March.
