Andrews was formerly BPA’s chief financial officer and has worked at the agency since 1990.Mainzer was appointed as the agency’s head earlier this year, replacing Bill Drummond, who resigned in the aftermath of a hiring scandal (E&ENews PM, Jan. 27).
